Cancellation Policy
We understand that as medical professionals, scheduling conflicts may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please contact our office at least 2 business days before your scheduled class by calling our office at 626.346.3162 during regular office hours (Monday-Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm) or emailing us preferably at info@accessmedicaleducation.com

Full refunds can be requested up to 2 business days before your scheduled class date.
Please allow up to 5-10 days for the full refund to process; date ranges depend on your issuing bank.
Note that for students who opted for a skills testing course, the online portion (purchased through AHA) is non-refundable as access codes cannot be returned. No refunds will be given for cancellations, no shows, or refunds requested less than 2 business days before your scheduled class date or more than 90 days after the date you registered for the class.In the event of a charge back/charge dispute/credit card refund, a $25.00 service fee will be issued if a class was completed. The E-Card will be withheld or erased until the dispute is corrected with the service fee paid.

Classes may be rescheduled within 90 days of the original class date. Students are permitted to reschedule a maximum of 2 times for each class - otherwise will result in a total loss of paid credit. Credit for a course expires after 90 days following the original class date.
